La Gomera is one of the best-kept secrets of the Canary Islands, offering tranquility and contrasting landscapes, from barren coastline dotted with traditional fishing villages to mountainous rainforests, banana plantations and terraces.
Nigel will be teaching for one week from the May 13, offering a Vinyasa Flow style of yoga. The typical days offer meditation, yoga and walks. There are numerous trips available from mountain biking to Dolphin watching.
The choice of accommodation is secluded within an organic farm, with gardens and swimming pools a stone throw from the beach.
